Explore and enjoy the magical Istria and rest in Villa Aria in Filipana, a small village in southern Istria, only 8-20 km from numerous beaches, and cultural sites, as well as numerous activities. The location enables rest in a quiet and green neighborhood, and yet everything is at hand in the close surroundings. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach different kinds of restaurants, shops, petrol stations, and cafés.

Villa Aria is a semi-detached house with a private garden and swimming pool, and it accommodates 6 guests.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom and an open-space kitchen, dining, and living area connected to a large 30 m² covered terrace with a barbecue and outside dining with direct access to a private swimming pool and a spacious sun deck with a shower and 6 sun loungers, all surrounded with rosemary and greens.
On the top floor there are 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with double beds, all with direct access to the 20 m² open terrace.
All rooms are air-conditioned, and the house is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday, with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a smart TV, bathrooms with towels and a washing machine, and linen as well.
Wifi, air-conditioning, and parking for 2 vehicles are free.
The owner lives in the semi-detached part of the house on the opposite side, having a separate entrance and parking, and not sharing any space or view with guests, so the guests have complete privacy.

Please note this property does not accept parties or youth groups with individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not be refunded.

Tolles Haus in Ruhiger Lage

Unser erster Kroatien Urlaub war sehr entspannend. Das Haus lag etwas abgelegen (20 Minuten von Pula entfernt) aber auch nicht zu weit entfernt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und erkundigte sich stets ob alles okey ist. Die Matratzen hätten für uns etwas härter sein können, aber das empfindet ja jeder anders. Der Pool war völlig ausreichend und es war alles da was man brauchte. Vielleicht wäre noch ein besserer Grill toll ☺️ Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Was ich vermisst habe

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Was wir vermisst haben waren Dinge die anderswo selbstverständlich sind, hier aber fehlten: Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster. Vermieterin ("Goga") hat das zur Kenntnis genommen und will evtl. diese Dinge künftig bereitstellen. Pool war unbeheizt, was uns bekannt war. Jedoch erreichte hier der Pool maximal 23,7°C was wir als kalt empfanden, durchschnittlich waren es eher 21,5 bis 22 °C. Ich empfahl Goga für eine Abdeckung zu sorgen so dass nachts die Wärme etwas gehalten wird. Die Betten/Matratzen könnten etwas weicher sein. sehr schön waren die Innenfarben und das Deko, alles sehr geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichtet. Insgesamt fanden wir Goga sehr, sehr nett, das Haus sehr schön und besonders der Kräutergarten aus dem wir uns reichlich bedienten (Basilikum, Thymian, Salbei etc. Die Umgebung (dafür kann der Vermieter nichts) ist einfach und ländlich was einerseits Charme hat, andererseits sind die Wege zum Einkaufen etwas länger.
