About this property

This holiday home FERNWEH is individually furnished and is located in a quiet residential street, only 8 minutes walk from the center / market square with shops and restaurants.
The house has a living-dining area with open kitchen and has 3 large bedrooms and a sleeping loft for 2 children. It has a bath with tub in the EC and a shower room on the floor. Both bathrooms have a window. To sit outside invites the beautiful garden with gazebo or the balcony.
In the entrance area is a shelf with wardrobe and many books and games.
Our cottage has a TV in the living room and one in the bedroom on the ground floor. The 3 bedrooms also have seating, so that you can also retreat here once.
In the utility room is a washing machine, dryer, microwave and sink.
In the garage you can store your own bicycles or surfing equipment.
A parking space is also available.
It is a Non smoking house.
Animals are not allowed.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Wir fanden ein sauberes und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet Ferienhaus vor mit ausreichend Platz für uns 7 Personen. Netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern und bei nachfragen auch schnell erreichbar. LG

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und eine super nette Vermieterin, die schnell antwortet, wenn es etwas zu klären oder Fragen gibt. Wenn wir nochmal auf Fehmarn sind, werden wir gerne wieder Gast sein.

Lage Zentrum und Einkauf nah

Das Haus war bei der Ankunft eiskalt und wir mussten die Heizung erst aktivieren und es dauerte 2-3Tage bis das Haus durchgewärmt war. Das Haus und Garten macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das jedoch kann nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen das die Elektrogeräte der Küche Baujahr 2006 sind und dementsprechend die Küche auch. Die Töpfe,Pfannen und Teller sind ein buntes Sammelsurium, und nichts passt wirklich zusammen Das Kochfeld ist so schwach das ein Topf Wasser für Nudeln ca 15 min braucht bis es kocht. Der Rest des Hauses ist ok aber auch nicht mehr. 60er Jahre Bau etwas renoviert Geschmackvoll eingerichtet im vintage Stil Fazit : Zentrumsnah mit dem Charme von Früher
