Breathtaking Ocean Views in La Perla! Gleaming marble floors, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. Walk-in closets in the master and second bedrooms, as well as a washer/dryer. Beach services include umbrellas, towels, chairs, a gym, a social party room, a children's playroom & restaurant located on the famous Pier next door. The condo association must approve the guests. The application fee is $100 for each individual or married couple, $25 for an ID card for each individual. Vehicle registration is $10 for the barcode sticker.. STR-02734
