Oceanfront Condominium with Breathtaking Views and Beach Access

We do have to admit that we were a little confused by the 3-star rating, since your written comments seem very positive. We are actually already working on that. Several of our units at Marenas are currently going through renovations and improvements, including flooring updates, refreshed furniture, and general upgrades to make the apartments feel more modern and comfortable for future guests. Hi Heather, thank you for sharing your feedback. I do want to clarify a few important points, because some parts of this description are not fully accurate. From the first day, whenever you contacted us, we responded and remained attentive to your needs. We communicated with you, followed up, and tried to assist as quickly as possible based on the information we received. Regarding the refrigerator, the unit itself was working. The issue was related to the water/ice filter system, not that the entire refrigerator was nonfunctional. That filter has now been replaced. The microwave situation was unfortunate, and we understand how inconvenient it was. Sometimes appliances fail unexpectedly, even with regular checks, and we are sorry this happened during your stay. To prevent this from affecting future guests, we ordered a new microwave to replace it. We also provided a credit back as a gesture of care, because we did not ignore your concerns and wanted to acknowledge the inconvenience in a fair way. While we regret that these issues occurred, we did stay engaged and worked to address them. We are using this situation as an opportunity to improve the apartment, upgrade the equipment, and make sure future guests have a better experience. Thank you again for staying with us. David Rendón
