Cozy Cottage Minutes to Lake Conroe w/HUGE Backyard!

Welcome to the Lake Breeze Cottage! Centrally located just minutes from Lake Conroe and Downtown Montgomery. Enjoy outdoor living and great cuisine in the small communities of Conroe & Montgomery!

The cottage offers two bedrooms and one bathroom, large open concept living and kitchen space, and a huge outdoor area to relax. We offer high speed Wi-Fi, multiple streaming options, fully stocked kitchen, and dedicated workspace. Play corn hole while grilling and talking about your day on the lake!

The Space
Step into the LBC and into the large open concept living and kitchen space. The living room features a 42” Smart TV with multiple streaming services available. The dedicated AC unit keeps this room nice and COLD on those hot summer days!

The kitchen features a full size oven/electric range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. We have also provided pots, pans, baking sheet, plates, bowls, utensils, crockpot, toaster, wine glasses and outdoor dining plates/utensils. There is a coffee and tea bar offering a variety of dark and medium roasts, decaf, creamers, sugars and flavored teas. Paper towels and dishwasher detergent are also provided.

Step into the primary bedroom that feels like a nature retreat! The calming colors make this room a destination from the hustle and bustle. There is a queen bed with cooling bamboo sheets, Smart TV, dedicated work space and closet. Couples robes are provided in the closet along with an iron, ironing board, hangers and beach towels.

Across the hall is the full bathroom with a combination shower/tub combo. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper are provided.

The secondary bedroom features a full over full bunk bed with cooling bamboo sheets. The closet houses hangers, beach towels a Dok-A-Tot Grand and a Bumbo seat.

Step outside and relax in the huge backyard! Play a game of cornhole or giant Jenga, grill some burgers or just lounge in the hammock. Enjoy meals or coffee on the porch while taking in the wildlife. The washer and dryer is located in the shed with detergent and dryer sheets provided.
