Beautifully updated unit with simple decor! Just added KING BED!
This one bedroom, one bath unit has tile flooring throughout except the bedroom is carpeted. The bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, sliding glass door to the covered deck overlooking the water. The stacked washer dryer closet is built into the bedroom next to the hallway leading to the bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and raised vanity. The living room has a flat screen TV, Queen sleeper sofa, 2 chairs, and large sliding glass doors to the private covered deck. The fireplace has the original stone! (sorry this is not a working fireplace) The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. A separate bar area provides seating for 4. Come relax and have fun in the sun at Hawks Nest Condominiums. Located by the Grand Glaize Bridge in a quiet cove with a great waterfront view of the lake! Enjoy watching the boats, jet skis, and other water sport activities while relaxing on our private covered balcony. It faces the Main Channel at the 1/2 mile marker of the Grand Glaize arm in the no wake zone. Completely covered private deck with patio furniture. The view from the deck is extraordinary! Bring your family and friends to the lake and ENJOY!!! We have other units in this complex, close to each other. Renting both would be ideal for large families or couples vacationing together. Want to be in the center of it all, on and off the water? Then you have found your vacation destination!

This location is perfect with a great view of the lake and close enough to the city that getting food or whatever is not a problem. The hosts were very responsive when contacted. Overall, a very relaxing and well kept property. Im looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Nice clean modern interior, balcony and entry was a bit dated. Everything was as depicted in the photo and description but had 2 minor issues. Shower temp was warm but not hot and main bed mattress was not firm at all, otherwise we enjoyed this unit.

Property was as described with a nice view of a cove off of the main channel off of Osage Beach Parkway. Close access to many eating places. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and the evening. Quiet location. Would definitely stay again if available.

Golf trip to Lake of the Ozarks

We enjoyed everything about this condo. One minor problem, there were ants in the bathroom. However we liked the location and it was very quiet. We would rent it again.

It was fine, as advertised. easy access with minimal steps which is good for an old guy like me with a bum knee. I thought the whole deal was fair. Had a bit of trouble with the TV but staff took care of the issue quickly.

We were never provide access information to the condo. Getting assistance was IMPOSSIBLE. We ended up NOT staying in the condo (as we had no access). I will be filing a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General.

This is completely false. You were indeed provided the welcome information in the email that was sent on May 21st for your May 25th arrival. It is not my fault that you had the wrong email set up with VRBO. It is also not my fault that you waited until the day and time of arrival to even look for the information. This is an issue between you and VRBO. My software received the booking and it entered your information as provided. You were sent a booking confirmation email as well as an email with all instructions. There was no record of failed attempt on either e-mail. Yes, very unfortunate. I recommend guest double check their emails and make sure they have check in instructions before they leave home.
