We wanted to inform you about current development that might affect your stay with us. Across the street from our establishment, there is a vacant lot in process of demolition. This means that there will be increased noise levels due to construction activities, presence of workers in the area. Additionally, there might be disruptions to through traffic.

With clean lines, top amenities and top service, our apartments command the A-list location, a unique area of Victoria Park in the middle of Fort Lauderdale. We’re talking sedate charm meets urban feel with hints of Flagler Village trendy vibes.

The unique draw of this 2 BR's / 2 BA apartment are countless amenities and thoughtful touches balancing modern comfort with a great location, giving You a delightful blend to work, stay, play or simply find a quiet solitude.

Misleading Photos and Description

This property would have been OK but for the intentionally deceptive photographs which show a brightly-lit, modern, clean space with more rooms and more furniture than what actually exists. The ad’s photos are clearly enhanced to make the unit appear far more attractive than it is in real life. The unit was dark, the bathrooms are tight and had caked-on dirt around the interior window frame, there are not two king beds despite the ad’s express representation, and mosquitoes were apparently entering through “off” window AC units. This is not a chic place to stay. Don’t let the photos fool you. I do not recommend staying here during seasonal surge pricing — choose elsewhere for the same amount of money or spend a bit extra to go somewhere else, if you can. Based on the photos and the written description of the property, this is a classic case of consumer fraud.

Great Property

Overall, the property was great. It was very clean and well stocked for everything we needed for an extended stay. The location is less than 15 min from the airport and convenient to 95. There is also a Publix a couple of blocks away. Jane was a great host and always replied quickly to any questions we had. The complex is quaint and has a nice feel to it.
