RidgeStone Cottage is 4 miles from Seven Springs , 15 miles from Hidden Valley , 20 miles from Falling Water, Ohiopyle and Laurel Highland attractions. Our home is good for couples, families , big groups, and dogs; It is multi-generational. It is Dog Friendly(check for limit(2) and fees) If you have dog allergies do not rent this home!!! DOG FEE is 50$ per dog, 2 dog limit This is the upper house..2 levels..no cats

This cozy mountain home was built in 2016..You are booking home with 3 bedrooms,2 full baths, full kitchen on main level ..LR/DR open floor plan and sunroom with tv and beautiful view of Laurel Ridge. This is a DOG Friendly Home w/add.cleaning fee of 50 per dog. no cats..The lower, finished apartment can be booked for additional fee.

All areas of house..unless basement apartment is booked. you can still book upper house at reduced rate.
Other things to note
NO Garbage Disposal or ice maker. Garbage should be bagged(bags provided) and emptied into dumpster at the top of the road. Please strip all used bedding and place in the bathroom, same with used towels. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO LAUNDRY! Laundry use for 5 day or more bookings!!
