About this property

Beautiful 3BR/3BA Townhome 'Winter Wonderland' Swiss Mountain

Come spend your next vacation at a beautiful three bedroom three full bathroom townhouse located in Swiss Mountain at Seven Springs! We are located just a short five minute shuttle ride (FREE) to the ski slopes, main lodge, bars and restaurants, and golf course.

Our townhouse has new appliances, new couches with recliners, new 60' TV, new carpeting, new tile flooring on the first level, a wood burning fireplace, full kitchen with granite counter top seating, two decks, a gas fireplace, antique skis, high speed wireless internet access, and too many other features to mention.

The first floor contains one bedroom with a full bathroom, kitchen (with granite counter top seating), a separate dining room that seats six people, living room with fireplace, washer/dryer, and a sitting room that connects to the deck (which has a propane grill).

The second floor contains the master bedroom with a full bath, a deck that is perfect for measuring the latest snowfall or watching the sunrise, a second bedroom with four single beds (two bunk beds), another full bathroom, and a loft area with a futon that comfortably sleeps two additional people.

Our unit is pet friendly (so long as your pet does not leave half of its coat on the carpet and is potty trained), but NO SMOKING is allowed at any time within our townhouse.

We also provide a pack and play as well as a wooden high chair for kids so you don't have to pack these in the car.

The property is just as described. We loved the layout of the townhouse..more than enough room for everyone. Very convenient having three full bathrooms. The owner was super nice and accommodating. Can't wait to return next ski season.

Hi James, I accidently hit submit before I had finished the review, sorry about that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the only thing that would help is directions for accessing the Roku box. We wanted to watch a movie, but could not figure out how to get it to work. Look forward to visiting again.

Relaxing. Great environment. Host was super. Nice kitchen for cooking all our meals. Bathrooms were great. So quiet - great for a quiet nights sleep. Pool was great. Wish we would have bought our tennis rackets and bikes - next time we will. Thank you James for a great vacation.

TAC event

We stayed at this townhouse for a TAC even at Seven Springs. It was close & spacious enough for all of us and our friends to enjoy. Being dog friendly was also a plus!! Had extra amenities if needed (such as pack n play, high chair, etc). Upon check in, we discovered a water leak in front of the kitchen island area. The situation did not bother us at all, but James was wonderful in communicating and sent a plumber to take a look. Overall, a great experience & we’d definitely stay again when in the area for another event!

There were a few minor items like the dishwasher didn’t work, there were stains on the walls, shower curtains and upstairs towels could use a fresh and a few screens had holes. Nothing that made for a negative experience. The kitchen was really nice. Had all the amenities needed for a nice long weekend! We’d stay again!

Unfortunately, the dishwasher had not been reported to us as broken, but I sent someone up to get it fixed. Never fun when the dishwasher is broken but we got it fixed right away. Take care- James

Wonderful Mountain Getaway

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful home. Communication was amazing from start to finish. The townhouse was a perfect size for our family. The place was clean, cozy and convenient to Seven Springs. The free shuttle was perfect so we could just park when we got there. The kitchen was well stocked, so we could cook breakfast there each morning and laundry was convenient too. We lucked out with an amazing snowfall the day before and day of our arrival. Our Florida raised kids enjoyed skiing for the first time. Thank you!!! We will definitely consider renting again when visiting family in the area. Blessings.

Roomy with all you need

Our family of 6 with two dogs had more room then we needed! The townhouse had everything provided to cook meals, wash clothes, and relax! We also appreciated the shuttle service that picked us up and dropped us right at the bottom of the ski slopes! James was great at communicating and answering any questions we had! Good communication with owner. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend.

We had a very nice weekend at Seven Springs. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans,dishes and utensils. There was an issue with the water ( work being done in neighborhood) but owner was very responsive and issue was taken care of. He even offered to by myself and my guests breakfast to make up for the inconvenience. Would recommend and would stay again!
