In 2019 completely renovated and partly newly built property in a fantastic location, directly at the harbor in Tunnelstr. 31 the whole family experiences a first-class holiday in the beautiful north dike.
Experience a top-level stay in our luxurious duplex apartment for 6 people (the ideal occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children): Breathtaking comfort combined with a wonderful ambience and first-class facilities. This extensive, luxurious vacation home promises you an experience for the whole family. The apartment is equipped with numerous special features that will make your stay even more pleasant.

Stylish, flexible and modern - in our very well equipped kitchen you will be tempted to try tasty, unusual recipes and let your cooking and baking imagination run wild. Another highlight in the kitchen is a quooker - hot water for tea and for cooking straight from the tap - at the push of a button ...
Upstairs are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the living room, kitchen area and the balcony.
In the bright and comfortable living-dining room, you have the opportunity to make yourself comfortable on the great feel-good landscape and enjoy a cozy TV evening on the TV in HD quality.
You will find a 180x200 cm luxury box spring bed in the first bedroom. A flat-screen TV is also available here. You will find storage space for your luggage in the wardrobe.
In the second bedroom you will also find a 180x200 cm luxury box spring bed. The flat-screen TV guides you into your dreams. The wardrobe will be happy to store your luggage during your stay.
The wonderful bathroom with a walk-in shower on the upper floor invites you to relax.
The third bedroom is on the top floor: space for dreams in the 180x200 cm box spring bed. The top floor is completed by another highlight of the apartment: the bathroom with sauna. Relax here with a subsequent view of the harbor basin and up to Norderney. In the outside storage room there are two bicycles with a shopping basket and a handcart available.

Der Pin zum Keysafe wurde an die falsche Handynummer geschickt. Darum konnten wir nicht rein. Ich habe meine Angaben kontrolliert.In zwei von drei Bockspringbetten war die Matratze verkehrtherum, so hatte an die Federn im Rücken und wir müssen sie umdrehen. Für das Licht in der Küche konnten wir keinen Schalter finden. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage sehr schön. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen perfekt und alles rundum gut.

Abholung Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe ohne Probleme, es kam auch ein Anruf ob alles zufrieden stellend geklappt hat. Ausstattung der Wohnung im gesamten hochwertig, Platz für 6 Personen aussreichend. Küche und Küchen-Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen (das i-tüpfelchen wäre noch ein Eisfach). Zentrum, Hafen und Strand gut erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und empfehlen den Seeblick gerne weiter.

Fast perfekte Wohnung

Die Wohnung Seeblick 2 ist super modern eingerichtet und, was mir sehr wichtig ist, gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist richtig gut. Der Hafen ist in 3 Gehminuten erreicht, der Sandstrand in 15 und der Bäcker morgens in ca 10 Minuten. Schön finde ich auch, dass alle Zimmer mit voll abdunkelnden Jalousien ausgestattet sind. Kleiner Abzug bei den Sternen für: Ausstattung (z.B. Frühstücksteller sind lediglich für 5 Personen vorhanden, bei einer vom Vermieter genannten Optimalbelegung von 6 Personen mehr als dürftig), es gibt im essbereich leider nur 5 Stühle (auch hier wird die Optimalbelegung nicht berücksichtigt) und die Kissen sind (wie in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben) wirklich eine Zumutung. Zu guter letzt: es steht nur ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, parken an der Straße oder in einer Seitenstraßec ist nicht möglich und die öffentlichen Parkplätze kosten 6€ pro Tag. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub!

Es war alles super. Wir waren nur verwirrt, weil im Vertrag eine persönliche Übergabe am Ankunftszag beschrieben ist und wir nur an einen Schlüsseltresor brauchten, das war einfach und mega entspannt. Räumlichkeiten waren mega komfortabel und gemütlich. Alles in der Küche war vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder 😁

Schöne Wohnung

FeWo gut zu erreichen, leider vom Parken- wie vorher mitgeteilt bekommen- echt schwierig, wenn man mehrere Ausflüge in der weiteren Umgebung machen möchte und deswegen mit 2 Autos anreist. Nach Nachfrage einen Tipp bekommen, wo man parken kann. Die Wohnung selber war ordentlich und schön. Zu der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts war kein Lärm von außen zu hören (anders als in den Bewertungen zu lesen).

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, allerdings ist der Wohn-Essbereich sehr eng. Wir waren mit sechs Personen angereist, jedoch gab es nur fünf Stühle. Der Tisch ist für den Bereich viel zu groß, es ist zwar ein sehr schöner Tisch, aber zu groß und steht zu nah an der Wand, so dass man sich nicht an die komplette Seite setzen konnte. Auch das Geschirr war nicht ausreichend, es gab 5 Frühstücksteller und 5 Kaffee Tassen. Es gab zwar auch andere Tassen, aber eher klein oder sehr groß. Von der ganz großen Tasse gibt es auch nur zwei. Wir hatten zwar auf Anfrage 4 große Teller erhalten, waren jedoch die falschen. Im großen und ganzen ist alles sehr schön gewesen, wir haben dann einfach improvisiert. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich, aber unheimlich weich, d.h. jemand mit Rückenbeschwerden eher ungeeignet. Ich würde die Unterkunft trotz der kleinen Mängel, weiterempfehlen.

Hochwertige Wohnung

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen dort. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Sogar zwei Fahrräder gehören dazu. Die Lage direkt hinterm Deich ist toll. Zu Fuß zur Fähre in 10 Minuten. Einzig in den Schlafzimmern fehlen Ablagemöglichkeit zum Beispiel um die Kleidung vom Tag abzulegen.

Prima für Spaziergänge im Hafen, Fahrt nach Norderney usw.

Die Wohnung war für unsere Familie prima. Spaziergänge mit Kinderwagen in das Städtchen, rund um den Hafen usw. waren immer möglich. Die Auswahl des Geschirrs im Schrank erregte ein Schmunzeln: 20 Schnapsgläser, alles andere in geringerer Menge.
