Apartment on the 1st floor near the beach with covered balcony for up to 4 people.

This beachfront holiday rental in Norddeich is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The cosy living/dining area offers plenty of space to relax. The adjoining kitchenette, equipped with everything you need, rounds out this space,

You’ll also find two cosy bedrooms, each with two single beds. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower.

On the covered balcony, you can relax with a cool glass of wine on balmy summer evenings.

Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

Children are very welcome here.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the holiday rental.

A parking space for your car is also available.

The house is centrally located and close to the beach. Everything is within walking distance from here.

The spa centre with its spa park is only a 5-minute walk away, and the adventure pool “Ocean Wave,” the tourist information office, the seal sanctuary, and the children’s playhouse are just a 10-minute walk away.

You can also reach the train station in just 15 minutes on foot.

This is the perfect spot for a family holiday. There are 6 additional apartments in the complex, so friends or grandparents can holiday in the same building—together, yet separate.

Bedding and towels are not provided in the holiday rental. However, these can be added to your booking for an additional fee.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist gut ausgestattet. Natürlich wäre eine Spülmaschine toll, aber man schafft es auch mal ohne. Die Matratzen der Betten sind mäßig, für einen kurzen Zeitraum aber o.k Im Wohnbereich funktionierten 3 von 5 Lichtern nicht an der Decke. So war es etwas dunkel. Wir haben das aber gemeldet für die nächsten Gäste. Daher gibt's einen Stern Abzug. Wir können diese Wohnung empfehlen
