Lake view property conveniently located close to one mile of San Augustine Public Park and boat launch. The park has volleyball, and playsets for the kids. Bring your boat for some of the best Large Mouth Bass Fishing in Texas, or take the family out tubing and water skiing. Grill on the back terrace and catch a glimpse of wildlife. If bird watching is your thing, Lake Sam Rayburn has been recently included in the "Great Texas Coastal Bird Trail - East Texas Coast" program sponsored by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Have your fishing guide pick you up by boat in the back yard. After a day on the water, come relax in the spacious house big enough for the whole family to enjoy.

Was a very nice place and very clean! Only 5 minutes from boat launch which made it convenient for going fishing and had plenty of room for everyone to have thier only little space of privacy as well

Parents 56 th anniversary celebration

The Lakehouse was beautiful and very accommodating for our family of 12. The downstair’s bedrooms were perfect and so were the upstairs bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms, baths, and showers. The kitchen was big and open for all our cooking. Plenty of room. My brother loved the outside grill and the kids loved that we were able to make s’mores by making a fire in the little fire pit. Thank you for sharing your house with our family!! 💗💙
