Spacious, cozy home less than 2 miles from shops, stores, entertainment and restaurants the Mosaic District. Less than 10 min from Tyson's. Home has 2 car garage, 2 master suites (1 on main level). TVs in both suites and living area. Gas grill and outdoor dining. Backyard playset for kids. Full kitchen with all you need (babysitting and cooking available from $25/hr). Washer and dryer. Towels, Linens, blankets, toiletries, cleaning supplies, you name it. Home office with monitor and printer. My nanny lives in the basement, which is independent from the house. Basement is not to be used by guests and nanny has no access to the rest of the House. She can babysit and cook on the weekends.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all used towels in laundry room gray basket

Do dishes
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. This is a smoke free property. Smoking is prohibited inside the home and within 6 feet from property. $500 fine applies if not followed.
Pet fee of $250/ pet. If more than 1 pet, you will be sent a 2nd payment request. Pets must be under 50 lbs and are not allowed on couches or beds.
Home accommodates up to 10 guests due to county rules. No eating or drinking over rugs or in rooms.
