'FOR THE GOOD TIMES' is conveniently located just 2 ½ miles from downtown Gatlinburg & Great Smoky Mountain National Park & within walking distance to Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort & Amusement Park, both by traveling the same road as the chalet. Pigeon Forge activities & restaurants are just a few miles away by way of the Gatlinburg Bypass or Parkway.

'FOR THE GOOD TIMES' is a beautiful, spacious 4-bedroom & 2.5 bath Smoky Mountain chalet that has been updated & remodeled & is located in one of the most convenient & desirable areas of Gatlinburg.

Everyone will have their own privacy at this beautiful 3-level chalet.

GROUND-LEVEL: The ground level, with no steps, can be accessed by simply stepping onto the large wrap-around porch, featuring a porch swing and a large glider. This level has a game room with a massive stone fireplace with remote-operated logs that can be used year-round with heat or a romantic ambiance, a full-size pool table & a checkerboard table. Just off the game room is a private bedroom with a queen bed & full bath with a tub/hand-held shower. There is also a washer & dryer on this level.

MIDDLE-MAIN-SECOND LEVEL: This level can be accessed from the inside stairs in the game room or the outside steps from the driveway. The middle/second level is the main level, which has a large living room with a massive stone fireplace with remote-operated logs that can be used for heat or a romantic ambiance year-round. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for extra sleeping space for kids, 2 recliners & a 50" TV, a DVD player, movies & 3 ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware & dishes, and there are plenty of cabinets & counter space to prepare stay-in meals. Appliances include refrigerator w/ ice maker, range, dishwasher & microwave, Keurig, regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, George Forman grill & slow-cooker.

The main middle level has a private queen bedroom w/TV/Roku & ceiling fan. There is a full bath w/large walk-in shower just outside this bedroom.

This main-middle-level has a huge wrap-around GATED deck to keep pets & kids safe on 3 sides of the chalet. This deck has a 7-person hot tub, 4 large rocking chairs, a double glider, a wrought-iron table & 4 chairs for outside dining. Just off this deck in the backyard is a patio with a fire pit w/ bench seating & a smoker-type charcoal grill.

UPPER/THIRD LEVEL: The upper-third level has 2 private queen bedrooms separated by a half bath. Both bedrooms have TVs/Roku & ceiling fans. Each of these 2 bedrooms has a private balcony with chairs just outside each bedroom door that overlooks the beautiful nature of the Smoky Mountains.

With 3 levels in this awesome cabin, all bedrooms & baths allow all guests to have their space for maximum privacy.

There is parking right at the cabin door in the private driveway for 4 vehicles. You will enjoy the privacy & convenience of being right off easy-to-travel main roads, within walking distance of Ober Ski Resort & just minutes from all the activities, shopping, restaurants & events in Gatlinburg &Pigeon Forge.

A bonus is a neighborhood market & deli, about a half mile away, where you can buy groceries, burgers, pizza, beer & beverages or have them delivered right to the door.

There are 2 ways to go to 'FOR THE GOOD TIMES'. 1st way is to miss all of the downtown traffic & view the beautiful scenery of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park by way of the Gatlinburg Bypass. The 2nd way you will view all the sights of downtown Gatlinburg. Either way is approximately 2 ½ miles to the chalet on good, paved main roads.

It is glassed-in, holds 120 people, leaves & returns every 20 minutes, early until late, 7 days a week. Then, when you get tired, you can take one of the many FREE trollies that travel to other parts of the area, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Arts & Craft area & more, 365 days a year.

As my guests, you will have FREE & UNLIMITED access to all membership privileges at any of the 3 Chalet Village Owners Clubs (one club is within walking distance) & local area merchant discounts available to you with guest passes provided in the chalet. Enjoy swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness rooms, & game rooms. OPEN 9 AM to 9 PM, MEMORIAL DAY THRU LABOR DAY. South Baden pool will remain open daily into September. Tennis courts are open all year. All 3 Clubhouses are located conveniently & only a short distance from this property
