We had an awesome stay in Gatlinburg! The property is far enough out of town that it feels very private. We loved the house amenities - pool, hot tub, arcade games, and plenty of bathrooms!

Overall it was a great experience. There just needs to be a little tender love and care. There were some broken items throughout. The pool area needed some lounge chairs. The place was in a great location. We did get to share the pool area with a couple of bear cubs while the mama bear lounged outside. There could be more storage in bedrooms and more hangers.

We loved our stay here. The pool was the star! Very convenient to Gatlinburg but also secluded and wooded as well. Everything was clean and house smelled fresh. So many beds!! The updated bathrooms also were a hit.Only criticisms were: the step up into central hall bathroom was a concern for middle of the night trips. Regular wine glasses would be great. The hot tub topper needs replacing. Regular sun loungers also would have been awesome.All small things. We will definitely stay here again!!

This property was excellent for our family of 12. We had an issue with plumbing on a Saturday, but the property host was fast to send out maintenance and a plumber to correct the problem. The property host was fast to answer any questions as well. It was a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean, spacious, and decorated nicely. Our family loved the pool and hot tub the most! Pigeon Forge was about 20 minutes away but it was nice scenic drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Just got back home from our stay at this property. We had an amazing time, no complaints of the house at all. Location was PEREFCT!! Out just enough to feel secluded but so close to everything. We were able to take just a quick drive to get to downtown gatlinburg or PF. The house had plnety of things to do to never have to leave the property. Hot tub, pool (temperature regulated), smart tvs in every room, tv/lounge area down stairs, games/puzzles, so so much!! Very spacious and pet friendly. The kitchen came equipped with anything you would need. Everything was very clean. The host communicated very quickly with any questions we had during our stay. 10/10 recommend, would definitely stay again. We visited for my daughter’s spring break and she DID NOT want to leave.

Great vacation home

My family and I loved staying in this home. It was raining most of our trip and there were plenty of things to do inside, to keep us busy. We would definitely stay here again!! The owner is very nice and was quick to respond to any questions I had.
