Why they chose this property

You will be in the center of the city. A short half block walk to the beach and boardwalk. Plenty of on street and off street parking. Take a Jitney to go to any casinos for $2.50 per person right on Pacific Ave nearby the house. Very short drive by Uber and Lyft to most to all attractions. Taxis are $13 max anywhere in the city.
