THE PERFECT PLACE FOR FAMILY, FRIENDS, REUNIONS AND BUSINESS GATHERINGS!!!

UPDATE: We've added a Brand New 5,000 gallon Private Heated Saltwater Deck Pool!

7 bedrooms, home just steps away from the beach, totally redone all new windows, heating, cooling, flooring all new doors bathroom, lighting, furniture and appliances, kitchen and much MUCH more.

We have a 70 inch flat screen TV over the fireplace along with plenty of seating for everyone, plenty of couches, including bar stools in the kitchen for breakfast and a flat screen TV in the kitchen so you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, and dinner with your favorite shows, and never miss a beat. The first floor is a very spacious open floor plan flowing throughout the house all bedrooms are secluded from one another lots of room for you will never feel on top of one another.

We have other homes in the area, check them out. One is listing number 1076859 which is 3 blocks away. Also on the beach block, 250 feet from the beach, we have 2 other homes on the bay with magnificent views. The 1st is 885378 which has amazing views and sunset views like no other property around!!!
