This property is always clean and welcoming. Location is in a country type surrounding but is only a few minutes from restaurants and stores. There is a small stream behind the property that has some small fish in it. There is an above ground pool which we have never used. The owner lives above the property and is easy to contact when needed. The beds are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal or just microwave something quick. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which work very well.

Pros: Excellent location for all of my activities; very clean and functional; parking was convenient to the basementCons: Basement apartment - therefore subject to household noises from the residents above; the owners are very nice, but I felt like I was imposing; there's a porch overhang to the basement entrance, but it wasn't great to sit out, due to leaking spots.

We have stayed here before and will be coming back again next month. The Neat and Nifty is absolutely a wonderful place to stay. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and inviting. The Host is amazing. The place is spotless with a lovely kitchen. We love the quiet there and location is perfect.
