Increasing the frequency of cleaning and using hospital-grade sanitizer to disinfect all spaces, focusing on the kitchen counters, door handles, light switches & outlets, appliance and cabinet handles and knobs, and all bathroom surfaces.

For guests ' safety, a floodlight camera is on the top of the garage door.

This home was very comfortable and convenient for our stay while my husband was receiving care at Mayo. Especially loved the recliner chair and nice big walk-in shower while he was recovering! Nice neighborhood and would definitely recommend!

Excellent Choice!

Location, Cleanliness, Lay-out of house, and Neighborhood were all perfect for our stay. We needed to get to the Rochester Regional Sports Complex and Downtown and both are 7 minutes away from the house. Driving around this area was easy and everything you could need was less than 10 minutes away. Thank You for an excellent stay!

Fantastic Home, Wonderful Experience

The Rose House was great! Very clean, great amenities and the location was perfect. We were a family of 3 and the home served all our needs. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms convenient and kitchen/living room space made for great family gathering. The outdoor porch was relaxing to just sit outside and relax. We had a small dog who really enjoyed the backyard. The house is a quick 10min drive to Mayo and downtown Rochester. Additionally, there are plenty of things do within a 5min minute drive including restaurants, movie theater and fast food chains and a Super Target. I absolutely would recommend this home for anyone's stay in Rochester. So glad we made the decision to rent this location!

Wonderful House

The house was beautiful, super immaculate, and comfortable. There was just about every convenience imaginable from spices to zip lock bags and a lot more. A large fenced yard that our dog loved and snow removal, which we really appreciated since it snowed almost every day. The owners were quick to respond to my calls and were flexible to our need for an extension for a checkout time. Would definitely stay here again. Candise Cole
