This immaculate chalet is a quick walk away from charming Pinebrook Lake and features everything you need for a relaxing Sierra getaway, including a hot tub, forced air heat, a spacious master suite, and a flat driveway for easy year-round access. Enjoy the peace and quiet of mountain living at La Bella Vita!

Bedrooms: La Bella Vita is a 2-level, 1400-square-foot home that accommodates 7 guests maximum, strictly enforced, in 3 bedrooms: the main floor master suite has a King bed, the second bedroom (also on main floor) has a Queen bed, and the upstairs bedroom has a Queen and two Twin beds. This home has three full bathrooms (2 downstairs, 1 upstairs).

Amenities: Guest access to Pinebrook Lake and surrounding facilities including the clubhouse, baseball field, volleyball court, basketball, BBQ and picnic areas. Walking distance away! Also: hot tub, Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD, woodstove (firewood provided), forced air heat, gas BBQ (propane provided), washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee pot that can make 12-cup pots or individual cups.

Just wonderful !

We had a five-star stay at La Bella Vita. The house itself is beautiful and well maintained & stocked. It is located in a gorgeous area of pinebrook. The hot tub is placed on the patio overlooking the forest and worked like a charm. Kids enjoyed kayaking at the lake which is a 3 min walk from the house. The lake is reserved for community residents and guests. Overall had a great experience and we will definitely try to visit again.
