We had a great stay here on a rainy weekend. The fireplace was great to warm up the inside. We had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely come back :)
The cabin was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. There were plenty of towels available, which was a nice touch. The facilities close by are excellent, including tennis courts, a lake, and a pool, providing plenty of options for activities and relaxation.
However, it gets very hot during the summer, even at night, which can be uncomfortable if you're not prepared for the heat.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
We really enjoyed our holiday weekend at the cabin, especially the cozy Snowflake Lounge—it was a great spot to relax and unwind. That said, a few updates would make the experience even better:– BBQ grill wasn’t working well– Most chairs need repair– Toilet refill is very slow– Deck lighting is minimal at night– Overall cleaning could be improved– A general renovation is definitely due– The chalkboard info would be more helpful if written clearly, and the QR code for info is currently disconnected. With a few fixes, this place could be an amazing getaway spot!

Spacious Arnold cabin with some opportunities for improvement
Similar to other comments, kitchen was well stocked and recently updated. Living room/common area is spacious and is an enjoyable place to hangout. Deck is also nice, with dartboard and open space. Also as another comment mentioned, one of the bathroom toilets doesn't work great and the queen bed was pretty squeaky. And heads up on the lake/pool access, while the facilities and lake are nice, it's $20/person per day, so take that into account.
We had a great stay, just a couple suggestions:The outdoor light by the front door was very dim and produced almost no useful light at night. Either a brighter bulb or additional outdoor fixture would help with safety on the front stairs. There appeared to be rodent droppings under the kitchen sink, but we did not see any critters. The kitchen was a little under-stocked, could have used a larger pot for the stove.
The property is in a great location. It is in need of maintenance and upgrades. The kitchen was upgraded recently with new cabinets, countertops and appliances. The bathrooms and bedrooms are in need of the same attention. Wi-Fi and TVs worked well.

Newly remodeled cabin which is very clean . Priory management is very helpful and polite. 5 minutes drive away from Big Tree state park . Nice fireplace inside and outside the house. At night, kids were thrilled to spend time outside next to the fire. It is one of my best experiences with Vrbo. Thank you !
the cabin was amazing BUT the Snow Flake was not open as the school have it locked up the last week of school - advertising they are open from Memorial Day on is not accurate. Thank goodness the Fly IN was open.
The place is clean and easy to access. 30mins to Bear Valley Ski Restore. LOVELY PALCE!

Cabin Needs Attention
While our Guest Contact was helpful, the cabin itself needs a lot of attention. We had plumbing issues that were the direct result of the system itself. The GC worked hard to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Yet, screens doors did not work, screens were torn, the floor is not level, and the main bedroom toilet did not flush properly. We had a wonderful time in Arnold and the Blue Lake Springs area, however we will not be returning to this cabin.
The GC did what he could to right the situation, but the cabin itself needs a lot of attention. Not pleasant.

Hi Gail, we're so sorry to hear about how your stay at the cabin was not pleasant for you. The owner has assured us that this temporary plumbing problem is completely fixed. They are sorry that this affected your stay but, future guests can rest easy knowing their Blue Lake Springs trip will be the best!
We enjoyed staying in the home with our 2 young children. There was plenty of space for us and they provided all the kitchenware we needed to cook inside and grill outside. Our kids loved playing in the backyard space and exploring the woods. The fire pit area is a great setup too! It was also an easy drive to White Pines Lake. We’d stay again in the future.
It was time to get out and get some fresh air. We took our family to Arnold to get a view of different scenery. The Cabin was nice and mostly fit our needs. It was easy to get to and fairly close to town for shopping and dining needs.
There was a great outside deck to relax on as well as a fire ring to help create that outdoor's feeling.
Inside the kitchen was very nicely put together with new fixtures and cooking equipment. The rooms were a nice size, however, the beds need a mattress update, not very comfortable.
Our biggest hesitation for giving this rental a top review was the inaccessibility to the "Added" amenities. The posting talked about having access to a pool, spa, and activity center. None of these options were available to us to use. It was a combination of Covid-19 restrictions as well as winter closures that prevented us from taking part in any of the family-friendly options. We would come and stay again, we just might look into other options for daytime activities.
