All of our bedrooms have super comfortable mattresses and high-end linens to ensure you get a great night's rest. We also have a couch in the living room that sleeps one with plenty of extra linens and pillows. Therefore the house can comfortably sleep 15!

-No smoking of any kind is allowed on our property. Marijuana is illegal in Indiana. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.
-The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-No smoking is allowed in the property. Any sign of smoking may result in forfeiture of deposit.
-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.

Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such we prefer that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.

The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
