The house is fantastic! Was completely clean when we got there. The kitchen and living area was spacious, the rooms and bathrooms were nice, there’s stores close enough for groceries, and the neighborhood was quiet so we could sleep at night. The host was also very communicative and accommodating. We had to change our checkout and hour before and they let us stay an extra 2 hours which REALLY helped the morning after a wedding. Highly recommend!

The property is in an up-and-coming neighborhood with lots of homes being worked on. With that being said, it was quiet and no noise at night. We were a five minute drive to Lucas Oil Stadium. Would definitely recommend

Check-in process was very easy. The house was clean. We cooked every meal at the house. As a group we were able to relax and just hang out after our obligations were completed. Communication was very easy when we had questions. We will definitely try to get this house again next year if we come again.

Enjoyable time in Indy!

We really enjoyed staying as a family in this house. Plenty of space to sleep. There were only two bathrooms, but we were easily able to share. The beds were a little squeaky, but we got used to them. Overall, really enjoyed staying here. It was so close to Downtown and the interstate!

Nice Stay in the Fountain Square area

Everything was perfect for the stay in Indianapolis. It is a nice location to the interstate. The only thing that was difficult was street parking. I felt safe and we had no problems. Just not my preference

Great House

My family and I came up for a wedding. It was so nice to find a house that was able to accommodate my children and their significant others. Had the weather not been so cold we could have walked to the wedding. We would definitely stay again.

Great for the Group!

Everything was clean and as advertised! We didn’t need to ask for anything and if we would have needed something I’m confident it would have been handled quickly based on my communication with the owner!

Great home base for Colts game

We were in town for a long weekend to catch a Colts game. This property was great for our needs and was as advertised. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 3 kids under the age of 2, we had plenty of room for everybody. We felt we were close enough to Lucas Oil to walk on game day and close enough to walk downtown. Overall great experience with great communication from the host. We will definitely look forward to staying here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Our refrigerator and freezer were not working, however our host communicated this beforehand. The top drawer of the dishwasher did not open. The carpets were clean but definitely need to be replaced. Most importantly, we were unable to stay in the room with the bunk beds due to the mattresses being so uncomfortable.

Great stay with lots of memorable moments!

Our family group of 12 ranging in age from 4 months to 77 years had a great time in this spacious home with room to spare. Location was perfect for our event at the Lucas. We were a bit surprised at the stairs to upstairs having 20+ steps without a landing which wasn’t noted in description. We had great grandparents 75+ with mobility issues and might have chosen a different place if we’d known. We worked it out and all in all had a good time making memories that will last a lifetime.
