Three separate apartments are the answer for family/friend reunions or wedding groups (one block walk from Horticultural Hall!) preferring independent yet neighboring living spaces- providing the option to congregate OR relax in your own cozy abode! Suites two and three have an optional connecting door, while suite one is standalone. Park your cars behind the building, skip the downtown parking headache and walk everywhere with ease! These three quaint, thoughtfully decorated apartments are sure to be the perfect home base for your next gathering.

*On-site parking available for seven vehicles. If additional parking is needed, please inquire for options.
*One flight of interior stairs required to reach units
*Each unit comes equipped with a wifi-enabled smart TV (no cable).

*These suites are above a restaurant in the downtown district. Potential for moderate noise during restaurant hours 5-10pm.

Cute, Cozy, Clean

We rented all 3 units for a bachelorette party and this was the perfect walking distance to some of our activities. The units were great and well stocked with extra pillows, blankets, towels, pizza cutter etc. When we turned the AC on in unit 1 it blew a fuse and the owners had an electrician in the unit ASAP and it then worked perfectly. Loved the communication and bonus parking spaces, thanks!
