Very quiet location on the outskirts, 55 sqm, ground floor, separate entrance, central heating, fully equipped kitchen-living room with ceramic hob and electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Tassimo, kettle, egg cooker, iron, blender and cook and dinnerware. In addition, dining table with chairs, couch with coffee table and sideboard. Delivery possibility for another bed in the living room exists,

• Bedroom: closet, 3 beds
• Bathroom: sink and toilet, shower
• Bed linen is provided from 5 days stay
• Dish and dishcloths are provided
• Lawn for sunbathing and space to play, barbecue area, parking and hut for barbecues next to the house.
• Large gate with fallow deer and red deer can be observed from the apartment.
• Wild boars can be seen in our gate about 400 meters from our apartment.

each additional person / night = 10, - EUR
