This charming 1970s cottage is in a peaceful neighborhood just outside the heart of downtown Naples and Fifth Avenue South, known for its boutique shops, galleries, and fabulous dining scene. The Gulf of Mexico is 2 miles away for those seeking a day at the beach. This well-appointed, renovated, 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage features a bonus room and a large fenced-in backyard. Thoughtfully equipped with indoor and outdoor living spaces, you can enjoy a cocktail or meal in the covered outdoor area, sit in the backyard, watch the geckos, birds, and butterflies, or play a game of corn hole. Now available for short-term rental. Long-term rentals are welcome. All photos are current, post Ian, as of June 2023.

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days. Check in process was very easy and the house was perfect for us. House was very clean and comfortably furnished. Neighbors are very quiet and the location is easily accessible and convenient to downtown Naples, the beaches and many golf courses.

We had a great stay in this nicely decorated home. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. The house is an affordable location for exploring Marco Island and the 10K islands. Good host communication. I would stay again.

I appreciate how clean the place was! The location was great in that it’s a nice cheaper alternative to being directly in Naples. We were there for a friend’s wedding so it was a nice quiet location for us. Check in and out were super easy.

Perfect Home

This property was perfect for our 55 and older family. Clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and comfortable is an excellent description. The location was a very short drive to the beach as well as downtown Naples and the historic area. Kim as a host was wonderful. She responded to all questions quickly and made check in and check out a breeze. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Naples.

Great comms with the host. Nice quiet location about 25 mins walk to Tin City and bars / restaurants. Also enjoyed Alice Sweetwaters Bar and Restaurant which is about 10 mins walk. Quiet and cozy

The house was exactly as listed. Brand new appliances, beautiful bathroom, new towels, bedding and nice furniture. Beach towels and some beach toys were nice to have. Bathroom has a Bluetooth speaker/light/nightlight/fan which is super neat until the kids decide to blast music while I’m in there!! Hahaha The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Felt extremely comfortable and had a great stay.
