We booked a stay here for a day well not even a day because you check in at 4pm or thereafter and check out by 10am so you really dont get "a day" which is 24 hrs. But the place was clean, host was accomodating, and the complex is quite & clean. The only suggestion is to have somewhere to place luggage I prefer not to have to dres & operate my open luggage from on the floor or dirty the bed with my travel bag. Luggage racks would be nice or bench.

I never write negative reviews, but I’m writing this because I think people should know what they’re paying for. I have two good things to say— 1. the location was fine, I guess. It would be a long walk to the stadium, but still walkable. 2. The pool was newly redone and nice enough.BAD: 1. Unit absolutely reeked of marijuana. Our family of five was hit with the stench the moment we walked in the door, and it never dissipated at all.2. I saw a few bugs, including a cockroach in the bedroom.3. The parking was TERRIBLE. There are *6* parking spots available. They are not within the gated parking area, so you’re very exposed, and it’s a shady area. That’s best case scenario for parking. WORST case scenario is what we ended up having to do—parking our brand new vehicle on the opposite end of the entire complex, at least a 5 minute walk from the unit. Not gated, dark, sketchy, very vulnerable to a break in. It seems to me that the owner should give access to at least one gated parking space, as I’m sure they have one assigned to their unit.4. We couldn’t find the dumpsters to take out our trash per check out instructions. There was no description telling us where said dumpsters were located—perhaps in the gated parking area that we didn’t have access to?

Proximity to ATT stadium is excellent. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Parking is a little tricky but the communication was excellent so as long as you pay attention to the details, very doable. Would stay again.

Location is perfect is you want to go to AT&T stadium. I left the manager and list of 7 things that needed to be fixed about the place. If he takes care of those 7 things then I can recommend staying there.

Easy communication and very clean accommodations. You really cannot get any closer to jerryworld. Easy walk to Texas live and the ballpark. Will use again.
