Bring the whole family to this amazing home that offers tons of room to watch the Aggies BTHO everybody! It is truly an entertainer’s dream! Perfect for a game day weekend, graduation, Ring Day, and any other events that Bryan/College Station has to offer! 4.1 miles away from Kyle Field, 3.9 miles away from Olsen Field, and just minutes away from College Station’s best shopping and restaurant areas. We can accommodate up to 8 people and have a fully furnished nursery for families with small children (0-2) upon request. We offer late checkout options (anywhere from 11-2pm) upon request with no additional cost. Nightly rates vary for Aggie Football and graduation and a two night minimum is required for all reservations.

The Space:
Cozy, open concept home with a split floor plan for maximum privacy. Prepare all your favorite game day snacks in our large kitchen with granite countertops and gas appliances or share a few drinks around our huge island/bar that overlooks the living room. The living room is the perfect place to watch a game as it boasts an 82” HDTV, 72” ceiling fan, gas fire place and a comfy leather sectional with 3 recliners and a charging pad/USB ports. Would you rather watch the game outside? No problem! Our fenced backyard backs up to wooded acreage for a secluded feel. The spacious patio is one of a kind and an entertainer’s dream! Our outdoor living space includes a sofa, a coffee table that doubles as a fire table, two oversized lounge seats, an outdoor eating area, another 82” HDTV, a fire pit, gas grill, string lights and three 72” ceiling fans. Once the game is over, relax in the master suite that includes a Nectar king bed, large HDTV, 72” ceiling fan, jetted jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a built in vanity. Wi-Fi provided and streaming services included on all TVs.

Aggieland Birthday Weekend

We booked this great house for my daughter's 19th birthday weekend and the A&M - Auburn game. House was everything advertised, lots of space for the 6 of us who stayed in the house and the friends and family who came by. Pretty direct path to Kyle Field, which isn't necessarily a good thing when you are trying to get BACK from a game but that's just a tiny thing. Great weekend, would absolutely recommend and will consider booking again.

Great place for gatherings

Great place for family gatherings and game day. House was as described and clean. Nice size kitchen, living area and backyard for seating. Owner was easy to contact when needed. Definitely recommend and will stay again!
