Schöne Ferienwohnung etwas außerhalb

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und der Aufenthalt insgesamt bequem und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich und würde auch für eine Reisegruppe von 6 Personen problemlos ausreichen. Die Lage ist ruhig und die Anbindung an den ÖPNV trotzdem absolut annehmbar.Ein paar zusätzliche Steckerleisten wären nett gewesen, aber dass wir nichts schwerwiegenderes zu bemängeln haben spricht denke ich für sich.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft entsprach den Erwartungen auf den Bildern - eine etwas in die Jahre gekommene Stadtvilla. Die Lage zum Cospudner See ist sehr gut, nur 20min zu Fuß oder 5min mit dem Auto. Es ist etwas laut und befahren, da der Außenbereich und Schlafzimmer an der Straße liegen. Die Sauberkeit ist optimierbar - vor allen Dingen im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche. Das kleine Bad hat leider einen unangenehmen Geruch durch die nicht optimale Abwasserlösung aber das ist mit Duftsprays regulierbar. Der Vermieter war sehr kurz angebunden und es gab keine Einweisung oder freundliche Worte - wem das nichts ausmacht, für den ist es in Ordnung, denn man findet die meisten Informationen Online. Das Haus und der Garten sind funktional und die Lage ist für Badeurlaub und Entdeckungen rund um Leipzig optimal.

Schöner Aufenthalt für ein verlängertes Wochenende

Wir haben die Wohnung mit 5 Erwachsenen gebucht. Das eine Schlafzimmer war sehr klein, für einen Erwachsenen o.k., für zwei aber zu klein. Leider sind die Badezimmer ohne Fenster und das große Bad hat keine Entlüftung. Daher Schimmel an der Decke über der Dusche und auch an den Gummis der Duschkabine. Im Garten ist ein Gasgrill nutzbar, leider fehlt entspreches Werkzeug zum Säubern des Grills. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ausreichend ausgestattet und groß, die Terrasse überdacht, so dass wir auch bei Nieselregen draußen sitzen konnten.

Großzügige Wohnung mit genügend Platz , nette Terrasse mit kleinem Garten . Insgesamt sehr schön , nur das das Grundstück und Garten an der Straße liegt , was zum Teil sehr laut durch den Verkehr ist .

Ein sehr schönes Objekt abseits vom städtischen Trubel

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell mit der fußläufig erreichbaren S-Bahn in der Stadt. Mit dem Bus ist u. a. der Markkleeberger See mit vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten einfach erreichbar. Gastgeber und Wohnung sind tip-top.

Die Wohnung ist super geräumig, wir waren zwei Familien, es hätte aber auch noch eine weitere Platz gefunden. Es war sauber und alles da, was man in einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Die Lage war für uns perfekt.

Komfortable Unterkunft in der Nähe des Sees

Das Mietobjekt war sehr geräumig und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, im Gegenteil, wir kommen gern wieder.

Urlaub??

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr groß (ca. 100 QM). Leider war die Sauberkeit des Objektes nicht ganz so doll. Die Wände der Wohnung waren auch schon stark maltretiert worden(schwarze Schlieren, Farbabrieb, unsauber gestrichen). Die Matratzen waren naja. Es fehlte ein Rauchmelder in einem Schlafzimmer. Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner ok. Der Garten war ok, da man den großen Garten mit Kinderrutsche und Schaukel mit benutzen konnte. Parkplätze waren ausreichend am Objekt vorhanden. Umgebung ist sehr schön. Fußläufig erreicht man 2 Restaurants, zum Einkaufen sollte man mit dem Auto fahren. Kurze Wege zum Wald.

Wunderschön gelegene Ferienwohnung, perfekt ausgestattet Metaller was man braucht. Ein wunderschöner Garten runden das Perfekte feeling ab einfach ankommen und sich zu Hause fühlen. Danke
