Scam!

We never received our check in information. We reached out directly and VRBO reached out....nothing. VRBO does say they are covering our cost of additional lodging however so far they have only paid for one of our four nights and I have not received a refund for this property. I am 99% sure this is a scam however VRBO is also leaving it up on their website. When I call the number for the host it goes to the Philippines and just beeps. They have not responded to any of the messages I have sent through the VRBO app. We did go to the property and it is in an excellent location for what we wanted and looks like a nice property. My guess is they stole the photos from another website because they also appear to be accurate for the area. Don't book here! Don't be scammed! I hope VRBO makes this right. They said they were going to but they still haven't and even making The financial portion of our stay right that won't take away from the hours I spent on the phone and the stress we went through not knowing where we were going to stay and ending up in a hotel 10 miles away from where we wanted to be and not in an apartment where we had communal space. 😥 There isn't any compensation for that.
