Lovely house that is clean and comfortable, and in a great location. It was very convenient for us. Everything works well. The rooms are spacious, and it has all amenities we needed.
Loved this property and the area! The house has been updated and is very modern, had everything we needed, and had a lot of space for the four of us! Sean was responsive quickly when we had questions. We had a short trip but hope to return and will definitely book another stay here.
We truly had a fantastic stay at the Euclid! My family fell in love with the place and wanted to but the house and move to St. Pete's! It was everything that we were hoping for. The bedrooms were perfect for all of us, the living space and the kitchen was wonderful/ I forgot that there was a washer and dryer to use! It was so nice to be able to wash and dry some clothes on our trip. The bottle of wine was a nice gift, but our family is not wine drinkers. Many of the family enjoyed the slippers! Everything was so easy about this housing experience. Will definently use this place again when we go to St. Pete's
Our group had a wonderful stay @ Sean’s property. Gorgeous remodel - everything we could have needed was there for us. Kitchen was well stocked - property was impeccably clean and better than the description online.
Communication was clear and thorough - sad we only had 3 days here.
Hope to return next year!
Beautiful, updated home. Master bedroom is stunning & huge. Other 2 are regular rooms (so if sharing with friends you will have to draw the long straw). 3 bathrooms is GR8, every room gets one. Off street parking for 1 or 2 cars. Nice quiet outdoor dining just off the kitchen. Centrally located. Owner accessible & helpful Highly recommend.
Beautifully appointed home close to downtown; every amenity well thought out.
I was not expecting the quality of this VRBO to be so exquisite. No offense to whomever photographed it, but it is much better in person. The scale of it along with the beautiful choices in materials made it a very pleasant surprise. My family along with the kid’s partners had an amazing spring break/concert weekend at this treasure. Sean was very responsive from reservation time to vacation time. A true gem in a sweet neighborhood,
We are a group of 4 friends women who travel together at least once a year and stay in mostly VRBO’s. We were pleased with this property. It was very clean. The living space and kitchen was more spacious and with enough seating for the 4 of us than many units we have rented. The neighborhood is quiet and seems very safe. It is a walkable neighborhood, but not close enough to shops and restaurants that you don’t need a car. We found that Uber was very convenient. Usually less than 5 minutes to get a ride and less than 15 minutes to get where we wanted to be. We had a great Tim in St Pete and Sean was a great host

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Disappointing
The property is in a lovely neighborhood. It is apparent when you drive in it is not being maintained. The lawn is a dust bowl. The house was not clean. Moldy coffee in the filter basket, sponges that smelled terrible. Debris on the floors (used dental floss etc). We had to go to dollar tree to get kitchen supplies. Oven dirty, few utensils and pots and pans. Laundry stacked on the dryer and on the floor in the closet. Lack of seating in the living room ( had to clean and bring in outdoor chairs). The motion light on the garage across the street from the mater bedroom went on every 2 minutes shining directly into the bedroom ( there is no window covering on the large transom window)
The home is spacious and well designed but needs serious attention to be a VRBO.

Hi John,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. I would have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns during your stay. Communication is key to ensuring a great experience, and I wish you had reached out so we could have resolved these issues promptly.
Regarding the lawn, we had a sprinkler system failure a few weeks before your stay, which unfortunately caused it to become dry. While this was an external factor, I understand that it might have affected your overall impression. As for the cleanliness of the house, I can confirm that it was professionally cleaned before your arrival. Had you informed me of any cleanliness issues, I would have immediately sent the cleaning team back or personally come to resolve the problem.
I'm not sure what you meant by laundry, but I'm happy to clarify any confusion you had during your stay if you let me know. The photos in the listing accurately reflect the seating arrangements and the amenities available, so I’m not sure what might have caused confusion. If you needed additional items, I would have gladly provided them upon request.
Regarding the sponges, it's unfortunate that you found them to be old. We keep extra ones in the locked closet in the laundry room, and I could have directed you to them had I known. Similarly, with the pots and pans, there's a variety available, and I would have provided any specific items you needed.
Concerning the neighbor's motion sensor light, that's beyond my control, but I understand it could be a source of discomfort. Regarding the master bedroom window, it's 14 feet high and hasn't been a concern in the past, but I appreciate your feedback.
I take hosting very seriously, and my goal is to ensure every guest has a great stay. I'm proud of the positive reviews I've received and regret that your experience didn't align with those. I encourage guests to communicate any concerns so that I can resolve them quickly.
Thank you again for your feedback, and I hope you find other stays that meet your expectations in the future.
