The cozy 2-room non-smoking apartment (approx. 42m²) is on the 3rd Floor in the district of Döse. From here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the world shipping route and the Kugelbake, the symbol of Cuxhaven. A direct path leads you from the courtyard to the green beach of Grimmershörnbucht.
You can easily reach the apartment itself with the elevator. A central hallway gives access to the living room with an open, integrated kitchenette, the separate bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and wardrobe, and the modern shower room.
The living room is equipped with TV, WiFi and a small dining area. From the living room you can reach the balcony and enjoy a wonderful view of the Elbe and the North Sea.

Die FeWo liegt optimal um Sylt und Helgoland zu erobern. Um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden gibt es einen Radverleih um die Ecke. Insgesamt alles spitze.

Ausstattung der Wohnung

Das Schlafzimmer war sehr klein, das Bett an der Wand , so dass nur eine Seite eine Ablage für Bücher usw. hat. Weiterhin wenig Geschirr und Besteck, eigentlich deshalb ein Geschirrspüler unnötig. Aber die Lage , die schöne Aussicht und der ganze Ort Cuxhaven war einen Aufenthalt wert.

Die Wohnung war richtig schön. Der Blick vom Balkon war sehr schön. Ausstattung war völlig ausreichen. Nur eine kleine Anmerkung. 2 Kaffeemaschinen sind zwar Luxus aber dafür fehlte der Wasserkocher.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Das einzig Negative war das Wetter, so dass wir leider den Balkon wenig nutzen konnten! Die Aussicht war aber auch aus dem geheizten Zimmer zu genießen. Da die Wohnung etwas ab vom Touristenrummel liegt, ist das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Ein der Wohnung zugeordneter Parkplatz bedeutet keinerlei Parkstress.
