From the living room, you have an unobstructed view of Strandstraße and Neue Straße. Behind the building is a parking space that can be rented for an additional fee. Access is via Strandstraße (with a special permit) from Maybachstraße (between Hotel Stadt Hamburg and the Sparkasse). To leave the property, drive along Strandstraße towards the beach until you reach Commerzbank, then turn right onto Bohmhoffstraße.

The toilet is separate and accessible from both the shower room and the hallway.
