The thatched "Friesenhaus," built in 1693, is located in the historic part of Westerland on a beautifully landscaped lot. The house contains 3 completely renovated and newly furnished 2-room apartments, which we rent out. This apartment includes a furnished south-facing terrace with a garden area. All apartments within the house can be connected to one another. Two-room apartment, approx. 42 m², on the ground floor. Sleeps 2.
Amenities: The living room is equipped with cable TV, a VCR, a stereo, and internet access. The cosy kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher) also houses the dining area. The interior bedroom receives light and air through a window that opens Lichtkuppel.Es and features a double bed and an additional TV with DVD player. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a wide glass door. The new bathroom features a shower, toilet, and an additional radiant heater. The parking space in front of the house is reserved for the owner; when the owner is not present, it is assigned to Apartment 2.
