The property was clean and had mostly everything provided in the home. We only needed to purchase food and additional paper towels. Pool and hot tub was nice. The only thing I would suggest is not list the property saying 7 bedrooms because it is not. It only has additional beds to sleep. Only 5 bedrooms. Listing it with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms is deceiving.Otherwise, it is a very nice place and the location is near whatever is needed.

I do think calling this house luxurious is a stretch. Overall, our stay was pretty great, but it was a lot of little things that makes me give 3.5-4 stars. The house was clean, but it also looks rough close up. Lots of tape on the floors, probably from the tiles lifting. The kitchen is stocked well with plates, but cultery is lacking, and there's not any seasoning or cooking essentials (foil, extra paper towel, etc). The host does a lot of communicating, which personally I hated. I woke up every day starting a week before our stay to a new message from the host. I don't need to know how to work the living room TV 4 days before check-in. Please be more chill. The door locks are horrible. They're completely bluetooth and will only connect with an app through your phone. They are on a timer, so they will lock after a certain amount of time. It's incredibly frustrating to be bringing in groceries or luggage to only get locked out. Thankfully, we always had a phone, but I can easily see guests getting locked out with no way to contact the host. My biggest complaint by far was the AC. It's 100 degrees in Texas, and the host says not to lower the AC below 70 degrees, which we did. However, the house never cooled to more than 72. We were all hot. Overall, I think this could be a great property and place to stay, but right now it doesn't feel very maintained or ready for 12 people parties.

Family Fun Weekend!

We had an amazing time this weekend and the house was perfect for our needs! Everyone; the kids, the teenager, and the adults had a blast. The house is beautiful and spacious. We recommend this place and hope to stay again! Thanks for sharing this property with us.

Best place

This is a best place to stay. Smooth process to check in and checkout. House was nice and clean. Pool and jacuzzi were well heated which is very nice during winter.

Girls getaway

Overall the stay was great. Plenty of room and we loved the heated pool. The only things we had issues with were no bedding for the foldout sofa beds and the kitchen needs to be better stocked, i.e. can opener, pizza cutter. I know there were some other things but can’t remember right now.

Overall the property was fantastic! We stayed here for my bachelorette trip and it was perfect! We spent days by the pool and a couple nights in the movie theatre room. Plenty of sleeping spaces for 13 people! The only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars is due to the lack of clear instructions on how to use the TV remotes, the projector in the movie room, and the pool heater. However, when I reached out to the property manager, they were quick to respond and very helpful! Overall, the property was clean and supplied with everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

30 year college reunion....

We rented this property for our 30 year college reunion and the whole process of checking in was very smooth. Everything was communicated clearly and property was well managed.One suggestion is to have enough seating arrangement in the backyard to accommodate all 16 guests. Guest were standing around or sitting by the fireplace as no more chairs were available.Overall excellent property for nice quite get-togethers with enough room for everyone to share.Will stay again for sure.

Iconic 80's McMansion with more than enough indoor space for a large group. Be aware that the floorplan is odd--upstairs 4 bedrooms share 2 baths, only 1 with shower. There is a good bit of road noise from the 6 lane road directly over the back fence. Host was responsive when we reported issues with the pool, missing billiard ball, broken air hockey table and they were proactive about the missing remote from the theater room.

We were happy to quickly address these minor items for you (loosened leg on the air hockey table, turning on the hot tub jets and sending a replacement pool ball). A later refund request for your stay after your check out did not reflect these limited concerns, but we’re glad you shared that you enjoyed your time at the home.

The linens were stained. There were multiple repairs needed. Light fixture outside broken. Electric box outside by the pool broken. Many things needing cleaned (like dirty baseboards and filthy windows by the kitchen table where you sit and eat). The kitchen didn’t even have the bare minimum! For a house that accommodates 16- there should be pots/pans and baking dishes to cook!The house is advertised to have a heated pool and hot tub. We never were able to get either remotely warm. VERY disappointing. The mattresses were AWFUL! The first floor master mattress was extremely soft- absolutely no support. The second floor master mattress was exceptionally HARD. However, the worst part was a snake in the living room! It was not poisonous, but a snake is the last thing a group of ladies want to find in the house. For this caliber of a house-I expected much more!

First the positives: the house had plenty of space for our group of 14. The kids loved the movie room and game room. It was perfect as far as size goes. The communication was also excellent. We had multiple inquiries and the management team answered very quickly and provided us with what we needed quickly. Now the negatives. We got there around 8pm and started looking for sheets/blankets for the pull outs. We found 2 sets of sheets and one blanket for the 3 additional beds. They did have a thin blanket delivered quickly. There are also a very limited number of towels. I think exactly 14 so thankfully we didn’t need an extra. We never did find any kitchen towels. Our first shower resulted in 3 inches of standing water in the master shower which was quite gross. We were given Draino to help until a plumber could come out. Night 2, following heavy rain, resulted in a 4 am wake up call by a steady stream of water leaking through the ceiling. We quickly found buckets to catch the water and the leak stopped by morning….until night 3 when it happened again. Likely AC unit. We never did get the pool and hot tub to work properly. I believe the hot tub drained on its own 4x while we were there and it was definitely never hot. Overall, we still had fun but the house could definitely use some upkeep!!
