Trip to Sa Jose

It was short five day trip to visit grandchildren. The apartment was immaculate and cozy. It clearly fit my needs. Neighborhood was safe and secure. I was appreciative to secure this rental on relatively short notice. Would definitely rent this location again.

Clean Well-kept Apartment

Good property with close-by access to reliable public transportation to downtown San Jose. Very close to expressway so some people may be bothered by the noise. The bedroom is quieter than the front room.

Pay for what you get

Cute place nice set up. Not enough towels or washcloths, make sure you bring Clorox wipes to dust and clean. No additional accommodations to make the stay pleasant. No sugar for the coffee, no baking sheets, no extra sheets or linens. Just basic accommodations.

Too noisy for restful sleep

Between the road noise and upstairs neighbor banging around late into the night it was difficult to sleep. Left after two nights and moved to a hotel. Had to clean counter top and sink in kitchen on arrival, rest of space was clean. Easy on and off freeway but a little difficult to find.

Bad surprise

We did not feel safe being in the area. The host unlocked the door, told us he was next door if we needed anything. After a look inside we found the place dirty and smelly. We knocked on the hosts door to advise him we didn’t feel safe staying there. We call Nd texted with no answer.

Great location

Place was very clean and had all the essentials for our stay. The owner Jose was easy to get a hold of and prompt with responses. It is in a very central location, easy to hop on the 280. And while it was near a freeway, it was very quiet at night. We will definitely be looking to stay there again the next time we are in San Jose.
