Majestic Gem

Beautiful, unique property right in the heart of K-State. It has everything you want, need and more. Our entire family enjoyed the house and the area. We ranged in age from mid 50’s down to 7 years old and there was enjoyment for all.

4th of July stay

Wonderful home for large group of friends! The bedrooms were well decorated and very comfortable. It was an added benefit that each bedroom had a bathroom, with 2 being en suites. Kitchen and pantry—gorgeous! All the tools were there and lots of storage. Great place to explore Manhattan and the surrounding area. It was close enough to walk to KSU. Worth every penny!

Mom’s Day

We were in town for our sons' Mom's Day festivities. The Holders House is such a great location - close to where our sons live, campus, and Aggieville. It has such a warm and comfortable feeling. We all loved hanging out on the porch in the morning for coffee or around the huge kitchen island for snacks. The Holders House has everything you could need for a weekend away and is very clean. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful Home

This historic property was beautifully decorated. All rooms were exceptionally clean. The kitchen is a cooks dream with a pantry stocked with many pots, pans, storage containers and much more. Appliances are new and of high quality. The living room felt super comfortable with its large, leather sectional, comfy pillows and blankets.

Immaculate House / Perfect Location

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of staying at Holder’s House; once for a Cats game, and this time for a golf trip. There are lots of rooms and bathrooms, and everything is very modern. We will definitely stay here again if available!!
