Perfect location

This was a great location and within a short drive to campus and downtown. Also, within walking distance to City Park and a great restaurant. Enjoyed our stay greatly!

Overall the home was very clean and a great central location for all of our Manhattan favorites! Our family of 6 stayed comfortably in the house for a long game day weekend. The old house had its charm, while the living room furniture was well loved, the beds were very comfortable! The AC had a hard time keeping up in the Manhattan heat but otherwise our stay was good!

Great location!

We had a great stay over the holiday. Location is great, close to everything! The house had everything you needed, plus more! Host was very communicative and responded almost immediately to any message. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Overall a great stay!

Amazing Property

This property was PERFECT. It was clean and tidy with plenty of space for a family of 5 to spread out. The location was great for quick access to restaurants and attractions. The best part was the things in the home for the kiddos to do (games, toys, etc.). They spent hours playing the board games and "camping" in the tent. It made packing as a Mama so much nicer!

Stayed 5 nights. Great house and location in quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Felt like someone's home. Comfy and clean. Nice older house. Some of the furniture is quite worn but beds were ever so comfortable. Plenty of linens and things. Would stay again. Thank you!
