Set the air conditioning setting on the thermostat to 72 when leaving. And heater to 68.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
I don’t allow any events. I few extra guests are welcome, but no more than 4 vehicles are allowed.

I have lived in, rented and loved this home for many years and think it's perfect for short term rental. You can't beat the convenient location to everything including all there is to do in downtown Little Rock and the greater central Arkansas areas. Plus you can easily walk or drive to neighborhood lakes and The Old Mill. And, it's a great size, one level, safe, quiet home complete with 2 car garage and patio.
