Quiet, clean and comfortable

The apartment was clean , well equipped and comfortable( the bed was very comfortable) in a good location. About a 15 minute walk into the town. There was a nice area at the back and at the front of property to sit out. The area around the apartment was nice and quiet.

Sehr freundlicher Service, in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man zu einem guten Urlaub benötigt. Zudem Tennisplatz und Pool mit Aufsicht und kleiner Imbiss. Mit vier Personen dennoch in der Wohnung etwas eng, da unserer Meinung nach teils zu viel unbenötigtes Mobiliar den Räumen noch mehr Platz nimmt. Teils hellhörig, je nach Gästen über oder neben einem. Alles in allem in Preis-Leistung jedoch top.

Kurzurlaub mit E-Bike

Der Aufenthalt war sehr kurzweilig. Der Ort De Haan sehr schön. Die Lage im Grünen mit dem weiten Blick auf die nahe gelegenen Felder war sehr schön. Einkaufen von Eiern und frischer Milch auf dem Bauernhof in 1 Km Entfernung.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem waren Supermarkt oder Bäcker sehr gut erreichbar. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt (per Rad in 7-10 Minuten).

sehr einfacher Standard, unsauber, eher enttäuschend

Sehr dreckig, mit Spinnen in der Küche, Vogelkot auf der Terrasse und dem Terrassentisch, direkt zur Begrüßung eine Ameisenstraße von der Wohnung in das Haus. Dementsprechend hatten wir den ganzen Aufenthalt auch Ameisen im Bungalow. Geheizt wird mit Elektroheizungen, welche auch recht laut sind, wenn diese wieder angehen. Ist die Temperatur erreicht, schalten diese ab, wird diese unterschritten springen sie wieder lauter an. Wir haben einen festen Schlaf, aber das ist sehr nervig. Der Wasserboiler der Wohnung ist auch im Schlafzimmer – ja, richtig gehört, ist nur auf den Bildern nicht sichtbar, deshalb wollten wir dem Boiler mal eine Bühne geben. Wenn man kein Wasser entnimmt, alles gut, aber wehe jemand will schlafen, während der andere duscht, kocht oder sonst eine Entnahme stattfindet. Es ist ein Bungalow in einfacher Bauweise, sehr hellhörig, wenn man laute Nachbarn hat leider sehr störend. Es ist der erste Bungalow am Parkplatz, also An- und Abreise mit Rollkoffern bekommt ihr immer mit und seid wach. Schlaf wird dementsprechend bei den vorgenannten Punkten immer ein Thema sein und wir sind grundsätzlich die Typen, dass wir auch bei Sturm und Regen durchschlafen, aber hier fanden wir keine guten Nächte. Bett ist sehr einfach, grundsätzlich eher hart. Der eine mag es, der andere nicht, wie alles im Leben grundsätzlich Geschmackssache. Lieber ein paar Euro mehr ausgeben und eine andere Unterkunft wählen, es sollen doch die schönsten Urlaubstage im Jahr werden.

Ordentlich und solide

Die FeWo hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist wunderschön am Feldrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Optimal wäre noch das Vorhandensein von zwei Liegestühlen, um noch bequemer entspannen zu können.

Die Lage des Hauses innerhalb eines Ferienhausparks war sehr gut, sehr ruhig mit Blick auf Felder. Die beiden vorhandenen Terrassen ermöglichten eine optimale Nutzung des Außenbereichs. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben einen Backofen vermisst, da eine einfache Zubereitungsmöglichkeit von Fertiggerichten und das Aufbacken von Brötchen einen hohen Komfort bieten. Der Staubsauger in der Unterkunft war defekt und wurde entgegen der Zusage eines Austausches nicht ersetzt. Trotzdem empfehle

Schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage

Highlight dieses Appartements sind die zwei Terrassen, die beide möbliert sind. Die Lage in der Anlage ist ruhig. De Haan ist von allen Orten der belgischen Küste derjenigen mit den meisten Charme. Tolle Dünenlandschaft am Strand! Etwas problematisch ist das an sich schöne Bad, da die Entlüftung zu schwach ist. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit die Tür geöffnet, dann ging es. Ebenfalls hatten die Reinigungskräfte in einigen Ecken Sand übersehen. Wir hatten uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt!

Quatrième fois que nous venons à l'appartement Isabelle et il est toujours aussi bien tenu. La vue sur la campagne est magnifique et,hors-saison,c'est le calme le plus complet. Seul bémol:trop de couverts mais pas assez de petites cuillères et pas d'économe pour éplucher fruits et légumes! Mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Absolut zufrieden

Sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Es fehlte an (fast) nichts. Leider waren die 2 Räder nicht zu benutzen. 1 hatte einen platten Reifen und das andere hätte auch Luft gebraucht. Hatte aber keine Luftpumpe dabei. Und wir waren halt auch nur 3 Tage da. Dann haben wir es gelassen. Sonst aber sehr zum Wohlfühlen 😊

Location très fonctionnelle , tout y est , terrasse à l'avant et à l'arrière qui permet le soleil à toute heure ...beau domaine avec sa piscine chauffée , ses terrains de tennis, ping -pong ,sa pleine de jeux ...et pas loin de la digue . Je reviendrai c'est sûr .

beter dan verwacht

appartement super gelegen met top verwarmd zwembad. in het appartement alles tip top behalve het zetelbed die aan verandering toe is . als je deze als bed zou gebruiken neemt die wel veel plaats in de living . wij hebben de dochter bij ons in bed genomen en deze toe gelaten . de douche lekt aan de deuren eens je dat weet hou je er rekening mee maar is de bedoeling niet . voor de rest echt top vakantie gehad in deze accomodatie in rustige en mooie omgeving . prijs kwaliteit is zeker de moeite.

Appartement dans un cadre agréable

Petit appartement très agréable, logement situé dans un parc résidentiel et au calme, belle vue sur la campagne. Rien ne manque pour le confort des hôtes. Piscine dans le complexe. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour malgré la météo un peu chagrine !
