Why they chose this property
We fell in love with San Pancho the minute we stepped foot in the quaint Mexico beach town. The attitude of the locals is so welcoming! Add in the shops, cuisine and the beach and you've got the perfect combination. We wanted something close to the downtown area, but far enough off to get some quiet time when we needed it. Being in the Real Estate profession, we also needed some reliable utilities, and of course... fast internet. We truly hope you'll love Casa de San Pancho as much as we do!
