About this property

Luxurious house with sauna and gas fireplace / Syltstyle 10

Our 130 m² holiday home was renovated in 2019 and offers high-quality living spaces in typical Sylt style.

It has a sauna by Klafs, gas fireplace, 3 terraces (a covered terrace), which are equipped with high quality rattan and lounge furniture. Each bedroom has box spring beds, electric blinds and a private bathroom. The bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs. In general, the house also offers high-quality technology, such as B. Sonos boxes, a capsule machine, a washer and dryer. The kitchen is also fully equipped with Miele appliances. The bathrooms and kitchen also have their own radios.

The garden of the house can be reached through large window elements that provide the house with a lot of light. It is not visible and borders on the numerous terraces.

The luxurious charm of the house is thanks to the noble interior, which was chosen by an interior designer with great attention to detail in order to make the house stylish and cozy for our guests. Due to the individual and self-made furniture, the house has a stylish and new furnishings. The house is also located in a quiet cul de sac and is centrally located in the middle of the island. The bus stops 100m away. There are enough parking spaces for your cars. Bakers, bike rental, shops, restaurants and leisure facilities are within walking distance.

Sehr schöner Urlaub!!

Es war alles ganz klasse. Viel viel Platz, nette Kommunikation. Super eingerichtet. Allerdings klappte das WLAN nicht und die Waschmaschine war kaputt. Letztes hätten wir gerne vor Ankunft vorab erfahren, da man ja damit rechnet. Aber ansonsten ist das Haus zu empfehlen!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir würden die Unterkunft sehr gerne wieder wählen. Die Wohnung ist Komplet ausgestattet. Der Garten mit den Terrassen ist einfach traumhaft. Man sitzt im grünen und ist von außen geschützt. Bei Regen braucht man auf die Aussenterrasse nicht zu verzichten, da diese Überdacht ist. Alleine dies bringt einen großen Mehrwert der Wohnung / Doppelhaushälfte. VG Ilona & Helmut

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und modern. Schöner kleiner Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Guter Komfort , der auch Regentage angenehm macht. Die Kinder waren ganz begeistert im Bett Netflix zu schauen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll, hochwertig eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Zimmer verfügen über genügend Stauraum, so dass man sich gemütlich «einnisten» kann. Top moderne Infrastruktur, Küchengeräte, Badezimmer mit Sauna, WLAN etc - es fehlt an nichts! Die Tage vergingen wie im Flug, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Gerne wieder! Gerade im Herbst ein Traum

Wir haben im November einige Tage in der Wohnung verbracht und waren absolut begeistert. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerade die überdachte Terrasse mit Heizstrahler war zu dieser Jahreszeit ein Highlight. Wer Sylt im Herbst liebt, ist hier genau richtig. 6 von 5 Sternen.

Haus mit hochwertigen Haushaltsgeräten

Das luxuriöse Haus hatte genug Platz, jedoch das WLAN hatte zeitweise keine Bandbreite. Es waren zu viele Dekoartikel im ganzen Haus verteilt, so dass man manchmal keine Möglichkeit mehr hatte, seine eigenen Utensilien abzulegen (siehe zwar schön aus, ist aber nicht immer praktikabel).

Wir haben einige sehr schöne und erholsame Tage auf Sylt verbracht. Für 2 Personen fast schon etwas groß, für 4 Erwachsene oder eine Familie perfekt. Alles ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Sauna ist ein tolles Plus. Zudem liegt das Haus ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
