Pleasant villa

Fantastic customer services from The booking agent , especially Mike with a few queries I had. Outside space nice to relax, pool is massive. Inside villa is a bit compact, but you really live outdoors on a villa holiday. Good wifi and IPTV with all channels. Sun loungers broke and need replacing, kitchen could do with new set of crockery. Bedding a bit dated. Few issues with alarm going off when arrived which wasn’t told about. When entering villa, use the green fob on keys to touch alarm panel to unset alarm, and wifi code is on router in master bedroom., not on booster next to tv. Overall a pleasant villa and would return

Hello Ceri. Thank you for your review, it is great to know that you had a great time at Villa Mariola and would come back. We note your comment regarding the sun loungers. If you encounter any issues during your stay, the property host, Mariola is always available for you to contact, and as he is on site, would have been able to address anything that needed attention while you were at the property. We truly hope this did not impact your stay too much. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials needed for a holiday, and these are detailed in the property description. Should you find anything to be missing or in need of replacement, Mariola is available to help. Your comments are valuable and will be used to further improve the service we offer. We hope to welcome you to a Bookiply property again in the future. Mariola and the Bookiply Team.
