New! The Sunset Pop house is a private oasis with a heated pool! The mid-century home is newly renovated with a resort-style pool. Lounge poolside & soak up the sun! Entertain in a private backyard with a covered patio & outdoor TV. The home has been completely renovated; no detail was overlooked. Great location, short walk to the intercoastal waterway. Minutes to Downtown, beaches, golf, CityPlace, dining, shopping, South Olive Tennis, Brightline station & Palm Beach Int'l Airport. Great for families!

The space: Bright, fun, mid-century modern decor vibe. All the stylish decor is new in this colorful retreat!
Backyard: Recline in a lounge chair poolside by a spacious tropical space. The patio offers ample seating for (6) around the pool. Pool accessories and beach chairs are provided. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. A covered dining area with two fans and a dining table with seating for (6) and an outdoor couch offers the perfect place to hang by the pool. Play a game of cornhole or ping pong on the grassy area with friends. Watch sports on the outdoor TV for the perfect indoor/outdoor experience. Bluetooth speaker provided.
As you enter the home you’re welcomed by an abundance of natural light pouring in through the windows
Kitchen: Seating for (3) at the Island. The open-concept, fully stocked, kitchen features quartz countertops, a waterfall peninsula & stainless appliances. The coffee bar features Kuerig and a drip coffee maker as well as a french press with tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer provided.
Office: (2) dedicated workspaces with desks offer the perfect home away from home. High-speed 600 Mbps Wifi throughout the house even in the backyard! Chargers in all bedrooms.
3 bedrooms -(1) king in the master suite with walk-in closet and (1) queen bed in the second bedroom overlooking the pool, (2) single beds in the spacious third bedroom with plenty enough space for an air mattress.
2 bathrooms- 1 en-suite bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and a second bathroom with a tub. Complimentary hotel-style toiletries are provided as well as towels.
Living spaces: The first living space has seating for (5) people and the second living space includes seating for (4) people plus a dedicated kid's area with games and books.
Whether you’re staying as a family or a group of friends. The house fits seven guests.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors by keeping music at a reasonable volume.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed.
- No events, parties, or gatherings.
- No disturbing the peace. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.
- All guests must be included in your reservation. No more than 8 people are allowed in the house.
- ID will be requested prior to stay
- All guests agree to swim at their own risk.
- Pool waiver must be signed in advance of stay.
- No refunds for bugs
- Bikes and scooters are only available with prior permission
- Please note: We have Arlo cameras on the front of the house facing outward towards the street.
