There are coin operated laundry facilities in the building on the 1st floor near the elevator. The corner balcony has great views of the lakes and is protected by a large oak tree . A fabulous spot to sit outside and enjoy coffee . Easy access to stairs . The pool has a lazy river and amazing kids play area . Only .5 mile to gated beach access. Enjoy all the amenities of Litchfield. Quiet, peaceful, and family friendly.

You will have access to the outdoor pool, hot tub, kids playground, walking paths, bike paths, tennis courts, and all the amenities of Litchfield By the Sea. Starbucks, Coastal Dish, The Deck Tiki Bar and Grill, Coastal Scoops and General Store are all on the property.
Private gated beach access located at 780 Retreat Beach Circle where there are beach restrooms, patio deck with outdoor dining sets, and an outdoor shower.

Rent a car...you will want to explore the whole area! There is a shuttle to take you right to the beach if you don't want to drive or walk there.
