This home has been through a complete remodel. It has all upscale furnishings, wood floors, and kitchen appliances. Enjoy the amazing ocean view from this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Shipyard Village in the Litchfield by the Sea community. The master suite features floor to ceiling windows with a great ocean view, a king bed, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands, and a TV. The master bedroom has a connecting newly renovated bathroom with a new tub and separate shower. One guest room has a queen bed, nightstand, full dresser, and a 40-inch TV. The other fun filled guest room features 2 bunk beds. Most renters say that this room is an absolute kids heaven. It has an area with a flat screen TV for gaming/movies. Both guest rooms have a convenient vanity/sink area in each room. The family room has the most amazing view of the ocean with a 55' flat screen. This amazing area has a huge sectional that screams COMFORT. You will find that this family room is connected to a well-stocked kitchen and wet bar for great conversation. Great sunrises over the ocean can be seen on the deck as you drink your early morning coffee. (This area seems to be some of our guest's favorite feature of the condo.). The deck has a new "high top" table and chair set along with a glider. Amenities include: 4 flat screen TV's, 2 DVD players, surround sound, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. We also provide a newly installed ice maker. Our past guests really like the extra ice maker. Washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, highchair, playpen, Keurig coffee maker, reserved parking, and central AC/heat. We pride ourselves on the new/ upscale furniture throughout. All Linens are included with 8 bath towels and fresh sheet sets at no extra charge. Your fresh clean beds will be ready and waiting on your arrival. Departure cleaning fee is included in price. We proudly provide a Downstairs storage closet that includes several beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and even a tent for your beach fun. Everything provided is intended to cut down on your packing to come to the beach. We certainly want to offer all the convenience possible. Our condo is located in the LITCHFIELD BT THE SEA community. As a guest, you will have access to the miles of bike/jogging paths, the community also has a public fishing and crabbing dock. The location of the community is right in between Pawley's Island and Murrel's Inlet. This location allows you the opportunity to explore many eating options. No Smoking and No Pets. The pool does close for the off season. Dates vary from year to year and can be provided per your request. NOTE: Google maps is incorrect.
