The apartment is located in the 4th. OG of the apartment house Luv & Lee and offers with a floor space of approx. 35 m² space for up to 2 persons. On the spacious southeast balcony you have plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. If you look in the direction of Hotel Ambassador, you can even see a little North Sea. In the period from mid-March 2019 to mid-May 2019, there may be impairments wg. Roof works are coming.
