My partner and I had a great stay for our trip to neighboring national parks. We were close to all of the restaurants and other shops of Three Rivers. The property had everything that we could have needed.

Our Boho Suite was perfect for the two of us! Immaculately clean, well thought out floor plan and all the and tours you might need. Pool was nice at the end of the day too. So glad we stayed here for our trip to Sequoia National Park.

Great location to stay in the middle of everything! Plenty of restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. Also, not far from the museum, which is where we headed out on the sequoia sightseeing tour. Recommend!!

A comfortable, easy stay with some real highlights. Self check-in with a door code made arrival effortless - super convenient. The hot tub was amazing, and the full kitchen was a nice touch.The space is compact: we stayed at the “Boho Suite” and the bedroom is small and there's no separate living area - essentially a kitchen and bedroom in one - but it was good enough for our needs. It had AC too, which helped, as it got a little stuffy otherwise.A few small notes: The motion-sensor lights by the hot tub kicked on every time we moved and were a bit harsh. And several doors - the front and bathroom especially - creaked loudly and could use some oil. An electric kettle would be a welcome addition to the kitchen.Overall a nice spot with a great hot tub - a little attention to these details would make it even better.

Great location to entrance of Seqouia National Park. Very well put together place, exactly as pics. Comfy, peaceful, hot tub and pool added bonus. So glad we stayed.

The room was a great size for my husband and I, clean with plenty of amenities. Enjoyed the turkeys passing by every day. Hot tub water does need changing out. The location was very good and restaurants close by.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. It was very clean, including the hot tub which we enjoyed every night. Michelle was attentive and responded wheneverwe reached out to her. It was a wonderful place to stay while we visited Sequoia and Kings Canyon. I would recommend!

The studio was perfect! We were in the area to visit the National Parks. We spent our days out and about and returned to the peacefulness of this property. We enjoyed dinner on the private patio every evening. Wonderful!

Michelle was great with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and well-furnished. We appreciated the availability of seasonings and cooking oil. The bed was comfortable and the mini split worked well! The hot tub was a great option after a long day of hiking. Great place to stay!

The studio was well appointed and the decor was relaxing. Surprisingly the kitchenette was well stocked and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We watched the squirrels and turkeys each morning out the window and we meant to use the hot tub every evening but ended up staying in the park late every day so we never got to it. Michelle was very responsive and we would definitely come back again!

Perfect Quaint Weekend Getaway

My boyfriend and I wanted a chill, relaxing weekend outside of LA. This is a great place for a sequoia visit for two! It had everything we needed. AND a hot tub!!

Great short stay near the park

My partner and I spent a few nights here while we were exploring SEKI and we really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were great, and we enjoyed getting to use the grill and the hot tub. The cottage was cozy and everything we needed. We cooked a few meals on the electric range and didn’t need any extra utensils/spices/dishes than what was provided to eat our meals like normal, which was much appreciated. Above all, we would stay here again if we’re back in the area, and enjoyed our stay!

Stayed here for 2 nights to hike Sequoia National Park with my best-friend. Loved the hot tub, free coffee, and snacks. Only a 10-15 min drive to Sequoia National Park entrance

The location was perfect for us. The space was as described and had a small kitchen that included what was needed to make breakfast or a quick meal. There is not any extra space to set anything, but the space is described well. The hot tub was nice, but needed to be cleaned. The water in the home had a bad smell, not sure what that was from.

Regarding your note about the hot tub, we’re a bit surprised to hear this, as it’s cleaned and professionally serviced twice per week, with photos provided after every service to ensure it’s always in great condition for our guests. Regarding our water, as noted in our listing, the home is located near the river, and natural variations in the water’s composition and minerality can occasionally create a mild sulfuric smell. The water is safe, professionally treated, and filtered with cartridges replaced weekly. Unfortunately this is common throughout the Three Rivers area. We greatly appreciate the information as we strive to give our guests the best experience possible.

Awesome place to stay!

The place is actually even better than it looks in the pictures. We used this as homebase for day trips into the Sequoias and it was perfect. We would definitely come back. We didn't cook but checked out the kitchen for future stays. I can definitely see us using the little crock pot to have something to return to on a chilly fall day spent hiking. Also, the hosts have some many added thoughtful touches - a suitcase stand, snacks - those came in really handy after coming home hungry from hikes. Didn't get the chance to use the pool but saw other guests enjoying it - just lovely. Definitely hit the local brewery and sit riverside while enjoying a draft and something from the food trucks there. Just writing this now has me missing the whole experience.

Great Location and Value

Property was a quick drive to Sequoia National Park entrance. We had been warned to avoid lines at the entrance by arriving early. We got there about 8:00am and it was just in time. Had we stayed further away than Three Rivers, we may have had a problem. The place was spotless and nicely decorated. There were ample towels, supplies, and other amenities and useful items. WiFi and TV channels worked well. There is a mini-fridge and it fits enough for stuff to pack for your hikes and beverages but not much more. The mattress was a little soft but it was fine. Located off the busy highway so it was quiet, but near all the shops and restaurants of Three Rivers. You could walk, but we drove as the temps during our stay were over 100F. The place has AC with a remote to control the temperature. (Temps in the park were low 80's.) We didn't use the hot tub. We went to the pool briefly one day which was nice after a day of hiking. The listing discusses the water being different than city water and that is true. It was also true of other establishments in town that we experienced. I have lived with well water before and while it is not harmful, it does not taste great and has a sulfur smell. Not that big of a deal, but thought I would mention it. The hosts communicated helpful information about the area and the parks prior to our visit which was nice. We had a couple of questions while we were there and they responded right away.
