Location Location Location!

We loved Surfside and its residents and community guests who used the lawn.Our unit had a great view was quiet and served our needs well. The unit was however tired! Bedding cover and sofa upholstery were dated and did not seem real clean. The vacuum cleaner was stored in closet which took up too much space.dishes and Utensil were old and needed updating as did glasses.

Great view but noisy AC unit

Nice property with a great view, but be prepared not to sleep with the AC unit on. The unit makes a terrible noise about every three minutes. This unit really needs to be replaced.

Kihei Surfside -A/C challenges

Overall we really enjoyed the property and the location. However, the main problem we had is there was only an air conditioner in the bedroom and it was having issues with being very noisy, stopping, going off in the night and this really disrupted our sleep. The Unit does get very warm in the day. They did send someone twice to try to fix it which was great but disruptive and they were unable to solve the issue. Lovely view and beach though!!
