Fabulous Beachfront Property - Ground Floor Corner Unit Steps to the Beach!

This is the condo you've been waiting for! Location, location, location! Just steps away from a spectacular five mile stretch of white sandy beach, oceanfront heated saltwater pool, jacuzzi, indoor sauna and the inviting BBQ grill area.

Recently updated with beautiful new tile flooring throughout the condo onto the lanai. New hand carved mahogany bedroom furniture, built in closet system, new living room furniture including 42' flat screen TV and new efficient tropical ceiling fans. The bathroom has been expanded and fitted with new tile and top of the line fixtures with extra large shower.

On moonlit nights sit on the lanai and look out on lush, tropical grounds and let the 'Aloha Spirit' carry you away.

Head down to the manicured lawns, pull up a lounge chair and sunbath under swaying palms or take a 10 minute stroll south along the beach to the Maui Farmer's Market to pick up your fresh pineapple, mangoes and other local produce, including homemade baked goods! There's also a small ABC Store to pick up any last minute items.

Enjoy the convenience of the onsite activity booking center Maui Sights and Treasures, licensed massage center Massage Maui, and the local bar/restaurant Dina's Sandwitch .

Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located with the Kahulai Airport only 15 minutes away. Costco, shopping, golf and restaurants all nearby.

Our host (Linda) was wonderful and always prompt with communications. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated, and we loved that it was 1st floor with our lanai walking out just steps away from a gorgeous pool and beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is cozy and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is galley type and small, but well stocked with basic kitchen supplies. The location is wonderfully centered on the West side of Maui. You will need a car, but many interesting locations are nearby, i.e. aquarium, harbor. We loved our stay.

Fantastic location in the resort and on the island. Literally steps away from the beach. The unit has everything needed, full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer for laundry, boogie boards, etc. Linda was very responsive and accommodating, definitely recommend staying at this unit if you're looking at Sugar Beach.

Fully equipped condo had absolutely every thing we could need for our arrival. Good location to pool Some foot traffic all day long right in front but quiet. We did hear the parking lot noise some and of course the Roosters woke us up early. It’s like a train you eventually don’t hear them. Very comfy bed we both thought it was one of the better ones for a Vrbo we have slept in. Such cute decorations too! We met a lot of very nice people who have come there for years and years to the same condos/ this was our first time there. Hot tub was very popular at the end of the day and sight seeing. A lot of little kids/babies during the time frame we were there, Beach equipment in closet including ice chest came in handy for our long drives. Location not walking distance to restaurants but they are a short drive. Very close to the marina and whale watching trips. Saw a few whales in the distance. My favorite thing is this resort is right on the beach and long enough for a good walk daily

Ten paces to the pool, 50 paces to the beach/ocean. Perfect temperatures, low 80s minimal humidity, and no rain. Walked the beautiful beach daily (in both directions) for 1-2 miles each way. Walking distance to the Farmers market, local store, bakery and Hawaiian shave ice. Spouse was able to enjoy the beach/pool while I rented a road bike for the week and got 100 miles in (with a lot of elevation gain). Snorkeling was very close. Partook in the Te Au Moana Luau which was spectacular. Even did the Kahekili Highway (Kapalua to Kahului) which was both breathtaking and dangerous. Overall, a fabulous trip!

Our family lives in Vancouver, British Columbia. Having been a long time employee in the travel industry we are fortunate to be able to travel to Maui several times a year. We love our Sugar Beach condo, especially sitting on our lanai for breakfast and at sunset. Morning walks along the never ending beach is one of our favourite pastimes.

Why they chose this property

After a year of searching for our piece of Maui paradise we discovered Sugar Beach Resort. The moment we stepped into the condo and walked the few steps from the lanai to the beach we knew this was the one! We haven't looked back since. Sugar Beach Resort has it all and is full of Aloha Spirit. Really it's very simple 'Maui No Ka Oi!' which means 'Maui is the Best!'.

What makes this property unique

The condo complex is well maintained and right on the beach, no roads to cross! The beach has a gentle surf that is safe for all ages. Our corner unit has an extra side window which creates a bright and airy atmosphere.
